Sub-Processors & Data Importers
Design and Software International, Inc. ("DSI") Effective Date: Jan 1, 2026
In the course of providing our services, DSI may share certain personal data with third-party service providers who process that data on our behalf. These providers are referred to as sub-processors or data importers and they receive personal data from DSI and process it solely as directed by DSI, for the purposes described below. They are not permitted to use this data for their own independent purposes.
This page is maintained to satisfy data transparency requirements under applicable agreements and regulations, including the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
1. Google LLC
Service: Google Workspace (Gmail, Google Drive)
Parent Company: Alphabet Inc. -United States
Data Categories Processed: Business contact information (names, email addresses, phone numbers); business communications; documents and files shared in the course of service engagements.
Purpose: Internal communication, document storage, and collaboration in support of customer engagements and business operations.
Processing Location: United States
Transfer Mechanism (EU/EEA data): Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) as provided under Google's Data Processing Amendment.

2. HubSpot, Inc.
Service: Customer Relationship Management (CRM); Help Desk / Support Inbox
Parent Company: HubSpot, Inc. - United States
Data Categories Processed: Business contact information (names, email addresses, phone numbers, job titles, company affiliations); communication history; support request records.
Purpose: Managing customer relationships, tracking sales and service engagements, and processing inbound support requests.
Processing Location: United States
Transfer Mechanism (EU/EEA data): Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) as provided under HubSpot's Data Processing Agreement.

3. Zoom Video Communications, Inc.
Service: Video Conferencing (Zoom)
Parent Company: Zoom Video Communications, Inc. - United States
Data Categories Processed: Business contact information (names, email addresses); meeting participant metadata; video and audio communications to the extent recorded with participant consent.
Purpose: Conducting virtual meetings, training sessions, and consultations with customers and prospects.
Processing Location: United States
Transfer Mechanism (EU/EEA data): Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) as provided under Zoom's Data Processing Addendum.
